I am a Strengths based Trauma Informed Therapist. I have been trained in a Multitude of Evidence Based Practices to better understand the Etiology of Mental Illness and how to Prevent it. Life, however, happens so if you have lost your way; I will see you in your wholeness and walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light.
